About Us
Incepted in the year
1990, Maheshwari Carburising Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is offering various
services for Heat Treatment. Our company was incorporated under the
Company Act - 1956 and was then promoted by Mr. Mukundbhai S. Patel.
We are world widely regarded as a reliable service provider for Heat
Treatment like Gas Carburising, Gas Carbonitriding, Hardening,
Annealing, and Normalizing. Till date, we have successfully, executed
several job works of various steel via this process.
We are fully geared up
with various equipment and facilities to perform a linear Heat
Treatment and get the attributes of uniform hardness, minimal
distortion, and no crack propagation. All the job work is undertaken
and executed as per the requirements and specifications of our
customers. We make use of various world class equipment to execute
the undertaken job work and acquire utmost precise results. Owing to

Inspection &
Testing Facilities
Toe ensure that our
customers get the precise and efficient results, as per their
requirements and expectations, we have developed a technical quality
assurance facility. This facility is managed by a team of experts
having extensive experience in the chemical industry. This facility
is integrated with inspection & testing facilities, which possess
following equipment:

Equipments Used
We possess a tactically
designed facility for carrying out the heat treatment processes. In
this facility, we have installed various furnaces that are operated
by SCR based power controller and PID temperature controller with
computer interface. We are also equipped with an all-inclusive Data
Acquisition System, which is a requisite for doing the complete job
